I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano l'acquisto dei servizi di consulenza (tarologia, astrologia, metagenealogia) offerti su questo sito web. L'acquisto di un servizio comporta l'accettazione integrale del presente documento.

2. Modalità di Prenotazione e Contatto Obbligatorio
L'acquisto sul sito web non costituisce una prenotazione automatica di una data o di un orario. Una volta completato l'acquisto, il cliente ha l'obbligo di contattare il Titolare tramite i canali indicati sul sito (es. email o modulo di contatto) per concordare il giorno e l'ora dell'appuntamento.

3. Conferma del Servizio
Tutti i servizi e gli appuntamenti si riterranno definitivamente confermati solo ed esclusivamente al verificarsi di entrambe le seguenti condizioni:

  • Avvenuto e regolare pagamento della prestazione.

  • Data e ora concordate e confermate per iscritto tra le parti.

4. Politica di Rimborso e Diritto di Recesso
Trattandosi di servizi digitali e prestazioni personalizzate, non è possibile richiedere un rimborso dopo aver effettuato l'acquisto.

  • Eccezione: L'unica eccezione in cui verrà concesso un rimborso totale riguarda un errore tecnico accertato del sistema di pagamento (es. transazione duplicata, addebito errato non imputabile all'utente).

  • Ai sensi dell'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il diritto di recesso non si applica ai contratti di servizi dopo la completa prestazione del servizio o per la fornitura di contenuti personalizzati.

1. Subject Matter
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the consultation services (tarot, astrology, metagenealogy) offered on this website. Purchasing a service implies full acceptance of this document.

2. Booking Procedure and Mandatory Contact
Making a purchase on this website does not constitute an automatic booking of a date or time. Once the purchase is completed, the client is strictly required to contact the Data Controller through the channels provided on the website (e.g., email or contact form) to schedule the day and time of the appointment.

3. Confirmation of Service
All services and appointments will be considered definitively confirmed only and exclusively when both of the following conditions are met:

  • Successful and completed payment for the service.

  • Date and time mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
As these are digital and personalized services, no refunds can be requested after the purchase has been made.

  • Exception: The only exception where a full refund will be issued concerns a proven technical error within the payment processing system (e.g., a duplicate transaction or an incorrect charge not caused by the user).

  • In accordance with European consumer protection laws regarding digital content and personalized services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the contract has been executed or for highly customized service provisions.
