What should I do if I don't know my exact time of birth?
No problem. If your parents do not remember it, you can request an abstract of your birth certificate (estratto dell'atto di nascita) or a copy of your birth certificate (copia integrale dell'atto di nascita) from the Civil Status office (Ufficio di Stato Civile) of the municipality where you were born, or request it online through dematerialized registry services.
